From one approved sample to the whole school

Pre-school & nursery bags
Small bags for small children, printed in full colour.
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For a first order or a trial run we go lower — ask before you rule us out.
We need them before the new session starts.
Tell us your first day of session when you ask. We confirm an exact dispatch date in writing with your quote, before production begins.
How do we know the quality before committing?
You get a free sample first. Load it with the books a child actually carries, check the straps and the base panel yourself, and only then approve the bulk run.
Will the crest fade or peel after one term?
That is what the sample is for. Rub it, wash it, carry it. If you want the crest to take rough handling we will usually suggest embroidery over print — decide on the sample, not on our say-so.
Children are rough with bags. Will the straps and base hold?
Straps, handles and the base panel are the first things to go, so those are the seams to check on your sample. Tell us where you want them reinforced and we build that into the run.
We need different sizes for different year groups.
Send us the age groups. We size each one separately and still run them together as one order, on one dispatch.
Our parents buy the bags from a uniform shop, not from us.
That works either way. We supply the shop directly on your approved spec, and your sample stays the reference for every repeat run.
What if the bulk order doesn't match the sample?
The sample you approved is the reference on the floor. Every run is QC checked against it before packing.
We're not in Hyderabad.
Most of our orders ship out of Hyderabad. We dispatch by road and courier to every state in India.
Will our crest end up on someone else's bags?
No. Your crest and your design stay yours — they never go into our catalogue and never onto another school's bag.
Will the price change once production starts?
No. The per-piece price is fixed with the size, fabric and branding spelled out before anything is cut.
