The bag your riders carry every shift, built to survive it.
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For a first order or a trial run we go lower — ask before you rule us out.
Will the food actually stay hot on a long route?
That is what the sample is for. Pack it with your own food, run your longest route, and tell us where you want more insulation before the bulk run starts.
How do we know the quality before committing?
You get a free sample first. Load it, carry it, check the zips and the base panel yourself, and only then approve the bulk run.
Our containers are an odd size.
Send us the dimensions, or the container itself. We size the bag and its compartments around what you actually carry.
Delivery bags get filthy. Can they be cleaned?
Tell us that upfront and we line the inside with a wipe-clean surface. Say how you clean them and we pick the lining to match.
Riders are rough on bags. Will the straps and base hold?
Handles, straps and the base panel are the first things to go, so those are the seams to check on your sample. Tell us where you want them reinforced and we build that into the run.
What if the bulk order doesn't match the sample?
The sample you approved is the reference on the floor. Every run is QC checked against it before packing.
We're not in Hyderabad.
Most of our orders ship out of Hyderabad. We dispatch by road and courier to every state in India.
Will you sell our design to someone else?
No. Private label designs stay exclusive to you and never go into our catalogue.
Will the price change once production starts?
No. The per-piece price is fixed with the size, fabric, insulation and branding spelled out before anything is cut.
Can you hit our launch date?
We confirm an exact dispatch date in writing with your quote, before production begins.
